Along with your references our Landlords have requested that we retrieve a credit report from each applicant who applies for our properties. It is important for you to know that your results may not go against you and that our landlord may agree to a guarantor as an option.

The credit report company we use for this are called Check My File and Check my File check FOUR credit reference agencies all at the same time and print the results on one easy to read report.

You can cancel at any time however and that’s really easy to do. Once you have a copy of your credit report, save it as a PDF and email back to us (preferably via the secure email link we will provide you with). We can not move forward with your application until we receive this report back.
